Question: Is there a difference in when black men and asian women date interraically?

It seems like alot of black men nowadays are getting heat for dating interracially. Yes, some of them do it for the "trophy " statues and some are just self hatin' but the majority it was love. However, only 10 percent of blacks guys have married interracially vs. the 63 percent of asian women who are married interracially. Why are black men getting bashed more when in fact the majority of asian women are dating interracially? (aka white men) and I'm talking about in America. Yeah, actually I noticed that no one seems to have a problem with interracial stuff untill a black person is involved. And yeah it seems like white guys and asian girls get off the hook while us black guys/ girls and white girls get alot of crap.

Black men are public enemy no. 1 White men date Asian women at a ridiculously higher rate, yet you never hear them get any scrutiny. However see a black guy with any girl other than a black girl, and everyone has to have a say.

Bingo, you got it. Aparently white guys and asian girls get all sorts of congrats and oooh she's cute but lord have mercy on black guys or black girls that date interracially. Asian girls are the most self hatin girls in the U.S, they are obessed with being white that they in turn date white guys and bash their own men 24/ 7 calling them weak when in fact asian men were the strongest people on the planet (Kengis Khan anyone?) well thats okay for them cause this asian fellow is sticking with white and black girls. edit: LOL Asian chick down there proved my point "I'm with a caucaian male " well no sh!t, you and every other azn chick.

People want so badly to think of black people in a negative way. Its kinda like most people think of lazy blacks when they think of welfare... when in reality its mostly white people that are on welfare. Or drug users are usually minorities, when in reality most drug users are white.. etc. I could go on and on.. People like to diss others to feel good about themselves

How often have parents told their children it's okay to date and marry a Caucasian, Latino, Asian, Indian etc, but NEVER a black person? When I was last in the South, I saw a lot of Caucasian men with Asian women -- mostly Filipinos. These guys looked like they could be racists, rednecks and hillbillies (their appearance, but they probably weren't) -- just men you would typically assume to be paired with Caucasian women. And in places with a lot of Latinos, Caucasian men cannot deny their beauty and they are dating and marrying them too. I have ALWAYS noticed that many people barely notice interracial couples unless they involve a black person. As time goes on though, it is becoming more and more acceptable. I still believe that the more people have trouble finding good partners (of the same race) and the more marriages end in divorce, the easier it will become for interracial couples.

The point is conspicuous enough, to both racist and non-racist alike: Anything Black is bad. The undertones of this question can even be taken on to the levels of the political ground, where the arguments over Black racial voting has come to prominence, almost as if everyone has forgotten the days where someone with a drop of "Black Blood " couldn't even get on a bus. The notion that such relationships are even labeled as "interracial " is in fact a national disgrace. To even contemplate on using the word "interracial " is suggesting a person having a relationship with a chimpanzee, or a dog, or a horse. Having a relationship with someone of a different tone than you does not make that relationship any different to that of perceived "normal " relationships. The term "interracial " is used only when Blacks come into the equation. Needless to say, it is as if Black people are separated from the Mainstream public. Too many people, and Black people in particular, have gone into the illusion that racism no longer exists in the 21st century. It is still here; it has both evolved and grown.

I don't think people care about what races other people dating, except among black society, black people keeping saying each other self hate, act white, sell out etc etc etc, other than black society, people RARELY find such expressions commonly used in other races. In fact, I would rather think for those people thinking or accusing of other by using these expressions have self-esteem problem, sadly, it is mostly found in black society. For the Answerer above me " Helloworld " . Majority of asian women are not like what you think. Just like me, my boyfriend (caucasian) came to me when I didnt have any relationships. I still think asian men are one of the best men on the planet, but we need to be at the right time and in the right place to meet them. They have only 2% in the entire USA, like diamonds in the big ocean ADD***************Hellowworld Don't know what point you have proven, except a bunch of low self-esteem talk. Anyway, being an asian woman, I am strong and confident and will never ever buy what the low self esteem people like you who try to force upon us. it can tell the difference between you and me, confidence vs low esteem. LOL

The avatar is above me is wrong when she says that black people are the only one who care about who dates who. SOME white people are like that as well. They disown thier daughters if they date/ marry/ have a child with a black man. White men are are made fun of if and questioned if they date a black woman. Don't just single out black people it's other races as well.

There's a strange sense of ownership that black people seem to have over each other- "why are they stealing our men(women)? " You'd think we'd understand a little about the perils of that thought process. There also seems a ridiculous notion that as I go through life and look for a lady to spend time with, my first priority should be to keep the race strong and pure via my choice of companion. I've also heard the claim that by dating someone of the same race "there's less to explain "...uhhhh you're women, there's always something to explain! Setting up obstacles to your own happiness is stupid, reeeeeeally stupid and speaks more to insecurity and fear of the unknown rather than being pro-whateveryourracemaybe (don't get it twisted, I take issue with people who only date outside their race as well). Sisters let me give you a little advice if I may. Attitude is a huge factor. For example, I've tried the online dating thing and whenever a sister hits me up and I take a look at her profile, I find a good many of them have the same tired title: I'm a beautiful, stroooong black woman! 1. Your picture is there. Why are you telling me you're beautiful...or black? Narcissism is NOT sexy and I can see you're black!!!! 2. To a man who actually likes peace and quiet: Strong= embittered and ill mannered. I speak for a great many brothers when I say I fight to survive all week. I don't want to fight with you too!! Sorry for digressing. My answer to the original query is this; find someone who makes YOU happy and date them....period. If you're dating to please the community, the "ancestors " or to prove something to society at large you've have some issues that are definitely getting in the way of your own happiness....peace.
