Erm no. i have 36Gs i am not skinny tho but my boobs are massive if was was swimming with family i would probably wear a swimming costume that covers them up a bit more.

Definitely not, embrace the gifts that god gave you! Don't let anything stop you from enjoying yourself. I would be proud of them if mine were that big (I'm a 34C which sucks...) - and they're family so it would just be weird if they were looking at you in that way.

There are bathing suits that cover one very well...and are very modest. Most of my friends have street-length bermuda shorts, maximum coverage bathing suits, and other clothing they wear for casual social occasions not only with family, but also professional friends. It is only in the movies that well-bred women show up in provocative outfits for such gatherings. In real life, well-bred women dress modestly and appropriately for family and social gatherings. Since, as you say, the size of your breasts already calls attention to them in a way that you are already feeling a bit embarrassed, wearing appropriate garments that fully cover your breasts will allow you not to feel so uneasy. Your unease is an indication to you that what you have been wearing is wrong. In the fitting room, you should try on enough different kinds of swimwear until you find one that makes you feel completely easy and confident to wear. It is better to be thought modest than to be thought a "slut " calling attention to her breasts...especially at family and social occasions...regardless of what it says in the fashion magazines.

Wtf does being thin have to do with anything? Your male family members should not be looking. But if you are a teenager and have male cousins that are also teenagers, they are gonna look. I'd wear a tshirt/ coverup. and really "DOUBLE FF " is that also FFFF??
